We’re talking exceptional even from a place that has been farming saffron since the 1200s! Zaffineria employs a holistic agricultural approach using regionally applicable techniques from Stiener to Hazelip and an eight year replantation cycle. Dried completely naturally with embers of the traditional oak, olive, and almond woods that are so prominent in the Abruzzese landscape.
