I Contadini 'Salento Bomb' Hot Chilli Pepper Pate [230g]

Recreating that southern Italian spice is always so tricky. Too much heat and not enough tasty pepper flavor seem to be the norm. 'Salento Bomb' perfectly captures the piquant flavors we have been searching for and is such a versatile ingredient. Delightful as a bruschetta base or mixed in with a light pasta. 

The  peppers are selected and cleaned by hand plus about 120 hours of work to make each batch of dried peppers!
