With the help of her son, Aldo Paravicini Crespi, Cascine Orsine has been a totally biodynamic production company since 1976. A "pioneer" of biodynamic production in Italy.  Cascina Orsine farms this Carnaroli  from a just a few clicks southwest of Milan.
